Jim Markano has more than 30 years of experience in the food & beverage, chemicals, and plastics industries. This experience includes leadership and senior leadership roles in Supply Chain and Manufacturing for companies including Nestle, DuPont, and Pepsi. His background includes Procurement, Operations Finance, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Material Planning, Customer Service, and Transportation. In these roles, Jim has worked in and with manufacturing facilities, raw material and packaging manufacturers, resin producers, contract manufacturers, compounders, and distributors. In Director roles, Jim’s experience includes managing North American and global sourcing, first during the period of tremendous growth of the bottled water industry, including the vertical integration of injection and blow-molding operations, and then during the Dow/DuPont merge and spin. This diverse background is essential in enabling him to help client companies find the right candidates to meet their most critical needs.
